10.41.103 STATE DIRECTOR OF K-12 CAREER AND VOCATIONAL/ TECHNICAL EDUCATION SERVICES (1) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/technical education services is the appointed state administrator for career and vocational/ technical education. (2) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/ technical education shall be responsible for implementing all policies adopted by the superintendent of public instruction for the administration of career and vocational/technical education.
