24.138.2710    PROTOCOL FOR DISCIPLINARY TRACK

(1) All licensees or license applicants under the jurisdiction of the board who participate in the program as defined in 37-4-311 , MCA, under the disciplinary track shall be reported to the board by name.

(2) Licensees or license applicants are admitted to the disciplinary track through one or more of the following:

(a) as a condition of licensure;

(b) as a result of a sanction imposed by a board final order;

(c) as a result of noncompliance with the licensee or license applicants' aftercare contract with the program; or

(d) as determined by the board and/or program.
