24.9.1005 GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SERVICES
(1) Unless an exception is based on reasonable grounds, school personnel assigned to provide guidance and counseling services, and all materials used in the provision of those services, shall, without regard to their sex, encourage students to explore and develop their individual interests in vocational programs, employment, and educational opportunities. This may include encouraging students to consider nontraditional occupations, careers and educational courses or programs.
