38.2.307    DOCKET

(1) The secretary shall maintain dockets of all proceedings, and each new proceeding shall be assigned an appropriate docket number.   The docket number will be assigned upon receipt.   No document will be accepted, however, without payment of required fees and submission of required copies by the filing party.
