1.2.101    GENERAL OVERVIEW OF ARM TITLE 1

(1) Title 1 contains statements and rules which introduce and explain the ARM as a whole.

(2) Chapter 1, the Foreword, states the authority for and general intent of the ARM, and the customary credits.

(3) Chapter 2, General Provisions, includes:

(a) an explanation of the organizational structure and composition of the ARM;

(b) the format of rules; and

(c) the procedures for keeping the ARM current.

(4) Chapter 3 contains model rules of organization and procedure as drafted by the Attorney General of the state of Montana. These rules are a guide for fulfilling the requirements of MAPA with regard to rules of organization and procedure. The agencies have the option of adopting the model rules in whole or in part, and may incorporate the model rules by reference.
