37.83.805    QUALIFIED MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

(1) A qualified medicare beneficiary is subject to the requirements in the following rules:

(a) ARM 37.86.5303 concerning prior approval and restrictions on provider; and

(b) ARM 37.82.206 concerning the provisions of assistance.
