37.98.1210 PRIVACY AND INDIVIDUALISM (1) A program shall allow youth to have privacy. (2) A program shall provide a separate bed, separate storage space for clothing and personal articles, and a place for each youth to display his or her socially appropriate creative works and symbols of identity.
