36.20.204    LICENSE AND PERMIT TERMINATION

(1) The department may conduct a hearing to modify, suspend, or revoke a license or permit, at any time, or may refuse to renew any license or permit, except the licensee or permittee shall be notified of the hearing by certified mail at least two weeks in advance of the hearing date.
