24.11.470 QUALITY CONTROL (1) The department operates a quality control program that gathers statistics by investigating claims on a random selection method. The purpose of the quality control program is to identify and recommend solutions to problems in the benefits system. If selected, a claimant must participate in the program to remain eligible for benefits. (2) This program includes, but is not limited to: (a) a review of the weekly payment request forms; (b) a personal interview with the claimant by department personnel; and (c) verifications of wages, statements, and work search contacts.
