37.110.504 LABELING (1) Cottage food operations must adhere to the labeling requirements outlined in 50-50-116, MCA. (2) The following is representative of a label meeting the requirements of (1):
(3) The department may allow large cakes or a container of bulk products to be handled and labeled in the following manner: (a) be protected from contamination during transportation to the consumer; and (b) have a product label sheet with all the required information as listed in (1) that is provided to the consumer.
