23.19.605 LOST OR STOLEN PASSPORTS (1) If a victim's identity theft passport is lost or stolen the victim must: (a) notify the Office of Victim Services; and (b) reapply for a new passport following the procedures set forth in this subchapter. (2) The lost or stolen passport will be deactivated by the Office of Victim Services.
