32.12.102    LABELING OF CONSUMER-SIZE CONTAINERS

(1) All eggs sold in consumer-size containers must be labeled in accordance with the Montana Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act as adopted and as may be amended.
