38.5.904    EFFECTIVE DATE

(1) Utilities are required to comply with this rule for billing errors discovered on and after January 26, 1984. However, utilities are authorized to implement the rule immediately, both for billing errors presently known and for errors which are discovered prior to January 26, 1984.
