1.2.411    UPDATING PROCEDURES

(1) Changes to the ARM must first be published in the Register which is explained in ARM 1.2.422. The Secretary of State has the responsibility for distributing replacement pages containing the rule changes.

(2) Accompanying the replacement pages which are distributed quarterly to subscribers to the ARM are instructions indicating where the pages are to be inserted and which existing pages have been superseded and must be removed.
