12.3.616 ALTERNATE LIST (1) Interested nonresident hunters may sign up to be placed on a randomized list for a B-10 or B-11 license. (2) Interested nonresident hunters may be contacted and given the opportunity to purchase a license in the event refunds are issued to successful applicants which leave quotas unmet.
