17.84.124 REPORTS AND ACCOUNTING
(1) Each grant recipient shall submit
periodic progress reports as specified by the department and shall submit a
final report to the department within 3 months following the completion of the
contract period.
(2) Grant recipients shall make oral or written
presentations of progress if requested to do so by the department.
(3) The grant recipient shall adequately account
for expenditures in a manner acceptable to the department. All records, reports, and other documents
that relate to the project and that are required by the department to be
maintained by the grant recipient are subject to audit by the office of the
legislative auditor, the department, and, where required by law, the legislative
fiscal analyst.
