23.3.401 EMERGENCY VEHICLES
When a
Highway Patrol officer observes a vehicle equipped with audible or visual
signals which would identify such vehicle as an authorized emergency vehicle or
police vehicle, and the officer has probable cause to believe that the vehicle
does not have authorization for emergency vehicle status, enforcement action
should be taken.
