36.12.228 THE DECISION OR FINAL ORDER

(1) Following the close of the record, the hearing examiner shall make a decision or final order pursuant to 2-4-623, MCA.

(2) Upon completion, a copy of the decision shall be served upon all parties by:

(a) personal service;

(b) first class mail; or
