36.21.637 PROTECTION OF SITE (1) The contractor shall remove from the site all unused materials. Water pumped from the well shall be conducted to a place where it will be possible to dispose of the water without damage to property or the creation of a nuisance. (2) Cleanup and restoration of site should be covered by a drilling agreement. (3) The well shall be protected by the contractor from pollution during construction.
