36.22.501    SHOT LOCATION LIMITATIONS

No vibroseis shall be done closer than 330 feet, or seismic shot hole drilled or surface charge set closer than 1320 feet (1/4 mile) to any building, structure, water well, or spring; nor closer than 660 feet (1/8 mile) to any reservoir dam without written permission of the surface owner.
