37.40.1441 HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES FOR ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS: HEALTH AND WELLNESS, REQUIREMENTS (1) Health and wellness services is defined in ARM 37.40.1402. (2) The service includes adaptive health, wellness, and therapeutic recreational services such as: (a) hippotherapy; (b) hydrotherapy; (c) living well with a disability; and (d) access to fitness and exercise facilities.
