38.5.109 WORKING PAPERS TO BE FILED (1) In the statements described in ARM 38.5.121 to 38.5.180, inclusive, certain items are designated as "working papers." Three sets of such working papers are to be filed at the time the Statements A through N are filed with the commission whether filed pursuant to ARM 38.5.102 or 38.5.194.
