6.6.1105 ALLOWABLE EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
(1) Any contract to which the
rates provided by ARM 6.6.1103 apply may contain provisions excluding or
restricting coverage in the event of intentional and self-inflicted injury,
foreign travel or residence, flight in non-scheduled aircraft, or war or
military service.
(2) If more restricted coverage is to be
provided, there must be an appropriate reduction in the foregoing premium standards.
(3) Except in unusual cases, such insurance
should not be sold to military persons.
