NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On December 11, 2020, the Department of Revenue published MAR Notice No. 42-1028 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rule at page 2235 of the 2020 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 23.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

           3. No requests for a public hearing or comments were received.
