1. On May 14, 2021, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-242 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 550 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 9.

 

2. The Secretary of State has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
