NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On May 14, 2021, the Board of Milk Control published MAR Notice No. 32-21-316 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 539 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 9.

 

2. The board has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

4. These rule amendments are effective July 1, 2021.
