NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On October 8, 2021, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-961 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 1290 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 19.

 

2. The department has adopted the above-stated rules as proposed: New Rules I (37.2.201), II (37.2.202), III (37.2.203), IV (37.2.204), and V (37.2.205).

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

           4. These rules are effective January 1, 2022.
