NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On October 8, 2021, the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (board) published MAR Notice No. 24-177-36 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules, at page 1263 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 19.

 

            2. On November 2, 2021, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules via the videoconference and telephonic platform. No comments were received by the November 5, 2021, deadline.

 

            3. The board has amended ARM 24.177.501 and 24.177.2301 exactly as proposed.
