NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

           1. On February 11, 2022, the Department of Public Service Regulation published MAR Notice No. 38-5-253 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 221 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 3.

 

2. On March 7, 2022, the department held a public hearing on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules. The department received no public comments.

 

3. The department has repealed ARM 38.5.8301 and 38.5.8302 as proposed for the reasons stated in the initial notice.
