NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On April 29, 2022, the Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors (board) published MAR Notice No. 24-183-45 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule, at page 569 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 8.

 

            2. On May 25, 2022, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules via the videoconference and telephonic platform. No comments were received by the May 27, 2022, deadline.

 

            3. The board has amended ARM 24.183.404 exactly as proposed.
