1. On March 13, 2008, the Montana Department of Agriculture published MAR Notice No. 4-14-172 relating to a public hearing on the proposed amendment and adoption of the above-stated rules at page 433 of the 2008 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 5.

2. The agency has amended ARM 4.2.101, 4.2.102, 4.9.201, 4.12.1502, and adopted New Rule 4.4.202 exactly as proposed.

3. No comments or testimony were received.
