CORRECTED NOTICE OF Adoption, AMENDMENT, AND Repeal

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On August 5, 2022, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-1010 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption, amendment, and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1539 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15. On September 23, 2022, the department published the notice of adoption, amendment, and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 1889 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 18.

 

2. Proposed NEW RULES XI and XIX were both assigned rule number ARM 37.106.1457 in the notice of adoption published on September 23, 2022.  NEW RULE XIX is assigned rule number ARM 37.106.1458. 

 

           3. The rule, as adopted in corrected form, reads as follows, deleted matter interlined, new matter underlined:

 

NEW RULE XIX (37.106.14571458)  COMMUNICABLE DISEASE CONTROL 

(1) through (4) remain as adopted.

 

4.  The replacement pages for this corrected notice were submitted to the Secretary of State on September 30, 2022.
