INFORMATIONAL NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. The Board of Nursing (board), as a party state of the Nurse Licensure Compact, is providing this informational notice of rulemaking pertaining to the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.

            3. On April 18, 2023, the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators (commission) published a Notice of Proposed Rules and Notice of Public Hearing on the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) web site.

 

            4. The commission's notice is available on the NCSBN web site at https://www.nursecompact.com/rule-changes. Any interested person may present verbal or written comments as instructed in the notice. The commission's deadline for submitting comments is 2:00 p.m. Central Time on June 26, 2023.
