TO: All Concerned Persons

1. On June 9, 2023, the Department of Transportation published MAR Notice No. 18-191 pertaining to the proposed adoption of the above-stated rule at page 503 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11. 

 

2. The department has adopted New Rule I (18.4.201) as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
