NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On June 9, 2023, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-3-272 pertaining to the proposed amendment and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 506 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

 

2. The department has amended and repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
