NOTICE OF ADOPTION, AMENDMENT, AND REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 4, 2023, the Department of Justice published MAR Notice No. 23-3-273 pertaining to the proposed adoption, amendment, and repeal of the above-stated rules at page 728 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

3. The department has repealed the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

4. The department has adopted the above-stated rule as proposed: NEW RULE I (23.3.525).

 

           5. No comments or testimony were received.
