NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 25, 2023, the Department of Transportation (department) published MAR Notice No. 18-195 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 809 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 16. 

 

2. The department has adopted the above-stated rules as proposed: NEW RULES I (18.15.901), II (18.15.902), III (18.15.903), and IV (18.15.904).

 

3. The department has thoroughly considered the comments and testimony received. A summary of the comments received, and the department's responses, are as follows:

 

COMMENT #1: Several commenters thanked the department for the collaboration with stakeholders throughout the rulemaking process.

 

RESPONSE #1: The department thanks the commenters for their recognition and participation.
