1. On September 8, 2023, the Department of Transportation (department) published MAR Notice No. 18-196 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 980 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 17. 

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
