NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On August 4, 2023, the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation published MAR Notice No. 36-22-218 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 758 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2. The department has amended ARM 36.25.1102 exactly as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
