1.  On October 20, 2023, the Commissioner of Political Practices published MAR Notice No. 44-2-226 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1394 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
