1. On October 6, 2023, the Governor's Office published MAR Notice No. 14-8 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1123 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 19.

 

2. The department has amended ARM 14.6.103 as proposed.
