1. On November 3, 2023, the Department of Public Health and Human Services (department) published MAR Notice No. 37-1031 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules, at page 1528 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 21. A public hearing was scheduled for November 27, 2023, via remote conferencing to consider the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules.
2. Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, the hearing was not held. Therefore, the department is issuing this amended proposal notice and rescheduling the public hearing as shown below.
3. On December 28, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., the Department of Public Health and Human Services will hold a public hearing via remote conferencing to consider the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules. Interested parties may access the remote conferencing platform in the following ways:
