NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. The Department of Environmental Quality (department) published five proposal notices pertaining to the transfer of rulemaking authority from the Board of Environmental Review to the department. The fourth (MAR Notice No. 17-432D) was published on October 20, 2023, at page 1212 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 20.

 

2. The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
