NOTICE OF ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On February 23, 2024, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-1040 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-stated rules at page 306 of the 2024 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 4.

 

2. The department has adopted the above-stated rules as proposed: NEW RULE I (37.27.201), NEW RULE II (37.27.202), NEW RULE III (37.27.203), and NEW RULE IV (37.27.204).

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.

 

4. The department intends to apply these rule adoptions retroactively to July 1, 2023.
