TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On February 12, 2009, the Board of Environmental Review and the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 17-283 regarding a notice of proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 129, 2009 Montana Administrative Register, issue number 3.

 

            2.  The board and department have amended the rule exactly as proposed.

 

            3.  No comments or testimony were received.
