NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO:  All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On November 23, 2012, the department published MAR Notice No. 2-21-474 regarding a public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 2292 of the 2012 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 22.

 

2.  On December 21, 2012, the department held a public hearing on the proposed amendment.

 

3.  The department received no testimony or comments regarding the proposed amendment. 

 

4.  The department has amended ARM 2.21.4022 and 2.21.4028 as proposed.
