NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On December 11, 2014, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) published MAR Notice No. 24-301-300 regarding the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules, at page 2924 of the 2014 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 23.

 

            2. No comments were received by the January 9, 2015, deadline.

 

            3. The department has repealed ARM 24.131.301, 24.131.401, 24.131.506, 24.135.401, 24.135.404, 24.135.412, 24.135.545, 24.135.2101, and 24.142.2101 exactly as proposed.
