NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

          1. On May 14, 2015, the Department of Commerce published MAR Notice No. 8-99-132 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 504 of the 2015 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 9.

 

2. The department has repealed the above-stated rules as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
