NOTICE OF REPEAL   (NOISE AND AIR CONTAMINANTS)

 

          TO: All Concerned Persons

 

          1. On November 25, 2015, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 17-377 regarding a notice of proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 2062, 2015 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 22.

 

          2. The department has repealed the rules exactly as proposed.

 

          3. No public comments or testimony were received.
