1. On January 22, 2016, the Department of Livestock published MAR Notice No. 32-16-271 regarding the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 135 of the 2016 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 2.

 

2.      The department has amended the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

3.      No comments or testimony were received.
